Baltic Sea

Thursday, June 11, 2015

Clay was up early today because we couldn’t get good Internet reception last night. After many tries and hours of effort, he finally got photos uploaded. I slept in. Thank God for sea days! The seas last night were very calm and likewise all day. It isn’t as warm and smooth as the Indian Ocean, but the Baltic Sea is pretty good to us right now!

After breakfast in Terrace, we went up to Horizons to sit in the front windows for a while. Clay showed me photos and I stayed on to work on my needlepoint in the sun. Needlepoint met today at 9:30am. It was a largely new group with some returning participants. Lisa had breakfast and told stories of her life. We went to the 11:15am cooking demonstration in the theater as it was the pastry chef today. But, 2 of the 3 recipes were ones we don’t like, so we left opting to spend time with the sea and the sun. Lunch was at Terrace. It was an Italian feast. We came back to the cabin to watch TV movies. Unbroken and 50 to 1. Tonight is the Oceania Club cocktail party at 5:45pm. We plan to go. Dinner will be in Terrace again. The show tonight is JAR’s Malibu Waves. This was our least favorite of the shows, so even though it would be interesting to see the changes for the new cast, I doubt we’ll go. Tomorrow is Tallinn and another Alla Tour. We’ll hope for a good one.

I am certain that Clay did not take any photos today.
